Sugar-free almond and raisin cake

4 eggs
50 grams of honey
210 grams of flour
40 grams of Colavita Limonolio
125 grams white yogurt (or soy yogurt for a lactose-free version)
80 grams of raisins
40 grams of chocolate chips
30 grams of granulated sugar
30 grams of almonds
1 sachet of yeast


Whisk the eggs in a bowl with honey for about 10 minutes.

With the whisk running, add the yogurt, flour, oil and finally the yeast

Mix all the ingredients well until a creamy mixture is formed.

Finally add the raisins and chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into a 22-cm baking pan with baking paper, decorate with the granulated sugar and almonds.

Preheated oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes.
