300-400gr Gioia Savoiardi Biscuits
150gr Sugar
6 Eggs
500g Mascarpone
8-9 cup Caffe Vergnano Espresso Coffee (made with the Moka)
2 Tbsp Rum or Liquor of your choice (if you prefer no alcohol, use 1 Tbsp of vanilla)
Venchi Cocoa for dusting
9 x 12 dish or smaller or a dish of your choice or individual servings
