Artichoke and Spinach Dip

A delicious and hearty warm dip that's as easy to make as it is to devour!

1 340 mL jar Regina Molisana artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 350g box frozen spinach, thawed and drained

2 cups parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup cream cheese

2 teaspoons minced garlic


  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Cook the frozen spinach and drain off the extra water.
  3. Drain a jar of artichoke hearts and chop them into smaller pieces.
  4. Combine the spinach and artichokes with the parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  5. Combine mayo, cream cheese, and garlic in a smaller bowl.
  6. Stir both mixtures together and transfer to a large baking dish.
  7. Bake at 375º F for 20-30 minutes.
