Ingredients
1 340 mL jar Regina Molisana artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 350g box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cream cheese
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Cook the frozen spinach and drain off the extra water.
- Drain a jar of artichoke hearts and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Combine the spinach and artichokes with the parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Combine mayo, cream cheese, and garlic in a smaller bowl.
- Stir both mixtures together and transfer to a large baking dish.
- Bake at 375º F for 20-30 minutes.
