Ingredients
For the brise dough
200 gr of spelt flour (or type 1)
30 gr of Colavita extra virgin olive oil
90 gr of water
Pinch of salt
For the filling
200 gr wild asparagus
2 tablespoons of colavita lemon oil
Chia seeds
50 gr of straccino cheese
Steps
In a bowl mix all the ingredients to make the brise dough. Form a loaf and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blanch the asparagus. Roll out the dough on baking paper, giving it a round shape. Stuff the savory pie with the asparagus, Limonolio and chia seeds. Bake in preheated static oven 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Add chopped Stracchino cheese and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes more!
