Ingredients:300 g 00 flour
200 g flour

10 g brewer's yeast

1 can of @ciriocuoreitaliano Peeled Tomatoes
200 g dry mozzarella,”

Steps
Preparation:Knead all dough ingredients by hand or with a mixer and set aside to rise in a warm place for 2 hours. In the meantime, pour the peeled tomatoes into a bowl, add the oil, salt and basil and set aside so the peeled tomatoes can season. After the two hours have elapsed, pour the dough into an oiled 28- to 30-cm baking dish or pan; top with the flavoured peeled tomatoes and let stand another 15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven to 300° for 15 minutes. Remove the pan, add the mozzarella and bake for another 7 to 8 minutes at 375°. Enjoy!
