Gnocchi Pomodoro

Classic gnocchi with a delicious tomato sauce.

500 g Vita Sana Gnocchi

500 ml Passata di Pomodoro (strained tomatoes)

1 garlic clove, minced

Olive oil

Basil leaves

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Put the gnocchi in plenty of slightly salted boiling water and drain when they come to the surface.

While water boils, prepare your tomato sauce. Heat olive oil and add garlic. Once garlic is translucent, add tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add basil leaves at the end.

Once gnocchi are cooked, combine with sauce and serve hot.
