Ingredients
1 -1/3 cup flour½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup soft butter
½ cup Venchi dark chocolate Suprema spread
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
Steps
Preheat oven to 375 FIn a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
In another bowl combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar and Venchi chocolate spread. Cream for 4 minutes.
Add egg and vanilla and continue to beat until mix is smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients mix. Once well combined add hazelnuts and stir in.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Using a tablespoon or medium ice cream scooper spoon batter and drop on cookie sheet. Place cookies 1 – 1 ½ in apart as they will expand.
Using a fork, gently press the top of the cookies with the tines of the fork.
Bake until lightly golden round edges 10-12 min. Makes approx. 35 cookies.
